Train station for the same destinations at 4 mins driving. House with double bedroom and single bedroom: the second bed in the single bedroom can be added upon request. Fully equipped kitchen. Guests can prepare breakfast in the kitchen, where they find everything they need. The TV is in the living room as photos The House is composed by two levels, on the first floor living room and kitchen, on the second one the bedrooms and the private bathroom for guests. The house has a double bedroom with double bed (split only on request), a bedroom with a single bed from which you can extract the second bed. The house is always heated. Both bedrooms have a terrace, wardrobe and drawers available, with kettle and tea facilities. Bathroom and kitchen are equipped with everything, including towels. I live on the ground floor, but you will be free to use all the spaces. I have access to the first floor because my bathroom is located there and to configure the heating regulation (only in case of emergency). Guests will access the rooms, private bathroom on the second floor, kitchen and living room on the first floor with everything they need. In the summer season they can use the patio with barbeque and the swimming pool. I am available for any question or need. I am available to drive guests at the station and pick them up at any time for free (4 min) If they arrive at the Airport (Malpensa) I can go and pick them up at a cost of 20 euros per trip. I’m always available for helping my guests and recommend restaurant, directions and cultural paths nearby. Parking is free and there is always space in front of the house. Train station at 20 mins walking or 4 mins driving. ID will be requested to all the guests.
