The granny-flat is a self-contained bed-sitter with ensuite, cooking facilities, microwave and refrigerator. It has views over the valley, looking toward the Nightcap Ranges. The room is attached to the farmhouse situated on 100 acres with a private entrance and a covered verandah area. 25 minutes to local beaches and 40 minutes from Byron Bay. Covered car parking available with direct access to the room. Shopping facilities 10 minutes away. Our home is on a hobby farm - cattle, sheep, goats and chickens. It is a rural setting but only 10-15 minutes from shops. We are retired and so mostly at home. We are situated overlooking the Nightcap Ranges and only 20 - 30 minutes away from many Northern NSW Beaches. There is no public transportation so a car is essential. Beautiful hinterland forests and walks as well as the nearby coastline. Our home and grounds are non-smoking.
