Stay, relax and unwind in this unique and family-friendly home. Get away from it all and stay in our 18th century cottage, which we have lovingly restored, retaining all of its original features. As well as two private outdoor seating areas it benefits from a shared 2 acre garden and woodland. Just a 20 minute drive away is the Roman city of Bath. All three bedrooms benefit from high ceilings, with bedroom one providing an extra double bed and there’s an extra single bed in bedroom two. The bathroom is newly fitted this year. There are two inside dining areas with a country kitchen table with bench seats for six and a separate dining room with doors opening out onto the private back garden. The living room has a wood burning stove, comfortable sofas and a Sky-Q TV. There is an additional garden to the front of the house for evening BBQs, overlooking the shared 2 acre garden. The property is situated at the end of a private driveway, shared with the house next door. Children and dogs are free to roam here; whether you are looking for peace and tranquillity or room for children to run this is the place for you. The house is at the end of a private driveway, shared only with the house next door. On arrival parking is directed to the front of the house where there is room for up to 3 cars. There is a circular walk from the house to explore neighbouring hamlets. The closest village for pubs and shops is 2 miles away (5 minute drive). Key safe In a quiet village, surrounded by countryside, your accommodation benefits from being only a 15 minute drive into Bath. There are plenty of Cotswold villages close by to explore too, including Castle Combe, all with village pubs and scenic walks. Room for three cars to park in own driveway Access to bedroom 3 is via a secret, stone staircase from the dining room and is not suitable for mobility issues or very young children. This bedroom can be accessed via a connecting door from bedroom 2 also. Wifi is not available in the dining room or bedroom 3; this is the very oldest part of the cottage.
