Cozy, private apartment attached to main house, no entry between house and apartment, completely separate with separate partially fenced backyard, located 20 minutes from downtown Syracuse, 20 minutes to Oswego, 15 minutes to Onondaga Lake Park. This apartment has 2 bedrooms full bath and kitchen and living room. kitchen comes completely stocked with pans, silverware, cups, bowls and plates.. we also have a Keurig machine fully stocked complimentary. we have a table and umbrella to sit at out back .. There is a driveway with parking for 4 cars. The guest can use the back, front and the side yard on the apartment side.(when looking at the house its the yard to the left). message threw Airbnb app only please. This neighborhood is a wonderful place to live.. allot of stuff to do and people are great. you can use a uber, your car, bike, bus. To use the heat just hold down the arrow till it blinks then adjust to the temp that you want.
