A second floor, air conditioned apartment with two balconies, one shared and one private with mountain views. We are within close walk to all amenities, and only 2 minutes away from the beach. There is a cafe-bar and mini-market on site. There is WIFI access throughout. The onsite cafe-bar Esperos opens in the afternoon, and the onsite mini-market opens in the morning. The apartment is situated in the same complex with another 3 holiday apartments and the owners house which are all surrounded by gardens. We can be contacted by email, or messages, and we also live on site. We are situated on the south-western side of Samos, in Kampos Marathokampos, we are across the road from a large and both pebbly and sandy beach, with very fresh, crystal clear blue waters. We are at the beginning of the resort, on a side road, and are in walking distance of many bars, restaurants and souvenir shops, and other attractions which include the nearby fishing village of Ormos, with its newly reconstructed marina - 15 minutes walk. The famous cave of Pythagoras the Greek philosopher and mathematician - 2 1/2 hours walk, and the main village of Marathokampos with its churches and traditional cafes - 60 minutes walk. There are also numerous smaller beaches nearby. We can provide information on local transport, taxis, and car rentals. There is parking available on the street outside the property, and we can also give information on local hikes and walks. We have a dog and a couple of cats, on the property, We also allow smoking. We speak English and Greek.
