Near S.U. campus

Two single occupancy rooms for rent to college students. Shared bathroom. Well maintained and two blocks from Salisbury University Campus. Plenty of room to study, screened porch. In-house gym, washer, dryer, dishwasher. Full cable and internet. This space offers very close proximity to S.U. campus, free parking and full access to the entire house and yard. In-house gym, all amenities listed, very fast Internet and WiFi and good space for studying. Guests have access to the entire house and yard including a shared fridge, bathroom vanities and kitchen cabinets. Interaction would depend on the guest. I'm normally home pretty infrequently, but certainly enjoy hanging out when time permits. This neighborhood is full of great people. Several good neighbors, friends and family within a couple of blocks. The neighborhood is pretty quite and very well kept, but also close to campus and near the Salisbury Downtown Area and Route 13 with it's many restaurants and hangouts. The property is easy walking distance to campus and some nice spots along Route 13. Taxi Cab service is recommended for downtown visits.
