My place is close to the city center. You’ll love my place because of it's central location, greenery, free Wi-Fi, ample walking space and homely atmosphere.The Homestead B&B offers rooms that showcases it's characteristic style of cleanliness blended with a strong sense of asthetics . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The Homestead B&B is a homestay. While we love to help all our guests have a comfortable stay in every possible manner, please note that our homestay is designed for people who understand the home-stay concept and are comfortable being in their own space. Since we cook our food from fresh produce we need notice much in advance to prepare food and deliver it within time. Fast food if required can be ordered and delivered from restaurants nearby. Our dining shack is 5 steps away from the pantry , but in case you are feeling poorly or are physically challenged we will gladly serve you right to your door . We also have many options in our breakfast menu-you are free to choose from any of the items given to you and do tell us your preference over nutralite butter or regular butter, white sugar or palm sugar, white bread or brown bread etc. We love to meet people from all walks of life. As much as we enjoy interacting with our guests, we love to give our guests their space and happy to recommend tourist sites, must-eat food and shopping areas. My neighborhood is semi-residential, surrounded with greenery, spacious terrace garden and walking distance to the nearest city -center.Our ample parking space can accommodate over ten cars and is within a secure walled and gated compound with 24 hr CCTV surveillance. Our homestay is within 10 minutes walking distance from the city center and offers the nearby beautiful Wards' Lake and Camel back road for a refreshing morning or evening stroll. Please double check bookings for weekend or peak season pricing.Kindly note that we don't have room service. Meals are served in the dining shack which is 5 steps away from the pantry. Do not rely on (Hidden by Airbnb) maps or out-of-state drivers to find our location. We have one of the best locations in Shillong with a landmark college located opposite our property. Mobile networks are erratic and can be unreliable.
