Waterfront home on Lake Palestine w/ 2 kayaks

Come relax in our newly furnished/updated 2 bedroom lake front home overlooking beautiful Lake Palestine! Enjoy the gorgeous sunrise on the balcony with your morning coffee. Bring your boat and enjoy time fishing or skiiing! We are excited to share our beautiful waterfront home with you and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Our lakefront home sits up high and you feel like you are in a tree house overlooking the water. There is a large fence around the entire property to create more privacy. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms located on opposite sides of the house. The master bedroom has a queen bed and two nightstands. The second bedroom has two full beds. The living room has a queen sofa bed. There is also a pack ‘n play and walker available for families with small children. The great room has a wall of windows overlooking the lake, wood burning fireplace, and deck outside that is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view of Lake Palestine. A queen sleeper sofa and love seat wrap around the wood burning fireplace and a 50" HDTV. There is a dining room table behind the sofa that seats 6. The patio overlooking the water has a loveseat, two chairs and a small coffee table. There is a propane grill on the patio which provides easy access to the kitchen while enjoying the gorgeous view. We also have a firepit for you to roast marshmallows, make memories, enjoy good company and see a million stars! Ever played Horseshoes? We've got a set up in the yard for that too! Our house is kid friendly. We have lots of toys, games, pack ‘n play, high chair and walker. You are welcome to use it but please be sure to put everything away when you are done. You will have full access to the boat dock and boat house. There are tables and chairs available for use as well as a beverage cooler inside the boat house. This is a great place for fishing and enjoying the water. The boat launch is conveniently located right outside of our backyard gate and you can store your boat in our newly constructed boat house. Code will be provided upon booking. The kitchen is fully stocked for your convenience. Dishes, pots, pans silverware, cups, plates, Keurig coffee maker, coffee, hot chocolate and cooking utensils. Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and toaster oven. There are also plates, eating utensils and sippy cups available for small children. Pack lightly, there is a brand new full size washer and dryer. WiFi available throughout the house. Please do not jump into the water off the boat dock. The water levels vary and there may be stumps. Lake conditions: Please be advised we do not have control over the volume of flying insects as they vary depending on the weather. After rainy storms the mosquitos enjoy the lake front as much as we do. Please be sure to bring your bug spray with you. Outdoor security cameras in front and back of house. However, we do not keep the security cameras on during your stay to respect your privacy. Entire house and boathouse. Garage is off limits as we store our personal items inside. I am available for any questions or issues you may have during your stay. The neighborhood you have to travel through is a little old and unique, nevertheless it is peaceful and safe. Once you get to the waterfront property close the large fence and enjoy our beautiful home and views! Loop 49 offers easy access to all of Tyler's restaurants and shopping!
