Ted's Cabin, the coolest wooden hut in beautiful Sainj valley, just at two minute walking distance from world famous Shangarh meadow. Hut overseas entire valley and mountain ranges of the Great Himalayan National Park and is surrounded by dense deodar forests as it's backyard. A perfect studio space for backpackers/couples looking for a unique experiential stay in GHNP area and explore this idyll. Surrounded by orchards, Deodar forests and uninterrupted view of snow clad mountains, A cafeteria is close by to try local delicacies. Easy access to view points like Shangarh meadows, Shangchul Mahadev temple, Barshangarh waterfall etc. There's access to an open garden space around the cabin to hang around and do bonfire etc. Our team is always available to make your stay comfortable and happening. Shangarh is one of the most beautiful offbeat destination in Himachal. Famous for lush green meadows and dense forests, this area falls under Ecozone of Great Himalayan National Park. There are a lot of day hikes/treks and trails, old temples, waterfalls, neighbouring villages like Deohari, Railla, Shansher, Lapah to explore around. There a lot of other activities to indulge in like exploration of medicinal herbs, village walks, dine at local's house, handloom weaving experiences etc. Route is Aut-Sainj-Shangarh. Taxis and public transport are available throughout the day to reach Shangarh from Sainj. We also provide pickup/drop service on request. 1.
