Our brand new apartment is situated right in the heart of Ringwood, a suburb of Melbourne which is 23 km east of Melbourne's CBD and approx 30 mins away from the famous Yarra Yalley wine region. Our well appointed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom penthouse apartment has been fitted out to provide a comfortable & functional base for your Melbourne experience. A penthouse apartment, we have a large corner balcony looking over the beautiful Dandenong Ranges. Our easterly aspect provides a beautiful sunrise while you enjoy a leisurely breakfast and, later in the day, complement your al fresco dining experiences with local Yarra Valley wines. When you're at home, you can enjoy Netflix or just sit on the deck and look out over the lights. Your home away from home includes a secure parking space if we are not traveling and storing our car. There is a large car park behind the building. Guests have access to the entire apartment. The apartment is right in the heart of Ringwood and close to many local attractions. 1.1 Km away (approx. 5 mins walk) is Eastland Shopping Center, with a number of specialty retailers, supermarkets, restaurants and cinema complex. Public transport is close by and car parking is available in the complex if we are not storing our car while traveling. Otherwise there is a car parking area directly behind the building. The apartment is ideally located with easy access to: - the Eastern freeway into the city - Eastlink down to the Mornington Peninsula and Phillip Island - Maroondah Hwy to the Dandenong Ranges and picturesque Yarra Valley wine region. - 5 minutes walk to the Ringwood train station providing regular access to the city and eastern suburbs.
