Big, bright, and nicely furnished private room in a shared apartment. TV in room with a couple hundred satalite channels in many languages. Küche, Bad mit Toilette und seperate Toilette zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. WLAN verfügbar. Your on-site manager is a very friendly, multi-lingual, well-traveled American who has lived in germany for 3 years and loves hosting foreigners and germans alike. Shared meals, local advise, and language lessons are a frequent bonus for guests. Even with the train this location is one of the quietest and calmest in Chemnitz. There is zero street noise because we are not on a street. Instead, we are surrounded by gardens and forest. Citybahn hält direkt vorm Haus und ist nach 2 Stationen in 6 Minuten im Hauptbahnhof Chemnitz (Zentrum). At the moment there are 2 permanent residents in the apartment.
