Indipendent flat at the ground floor of a three floor-house, with garden. There is a bedroom with a double bed with the possibility of adding a little bed for a child. Living room with a double sofa bed, with the possibility of adding another single bed. In total, if necessity requires, there is sleeping room for 5 adults and one little child. A rather large kitchen and a room with shower and WC. In Quartino there are 5 restaurants; a big indoor minigolf field; the possibility of horseback riding; a playground and a small grocery store. In the close neighbourhood are found footpaths and hiking trails in the Magadino – Monteceneri area; a bicycle lane up to Locarno; a tennis court in the town of Vira (about 5 minutes by car from Quartino). By car are easily reachable: the Magadino airport (5 min.); the Shopping Center in Tenero (6 min.); the Magadino beach (5 min.); the market of Luino – Italy (30 min.); the picturesque town of Locarno (10 min.); the capital town of Bellinzona (15 min) and the city of Lugano (20 min). According to Swiss Law it is required: - the additional payment of the tourist tax (2.- CHF pro person/pro day starting with the age of 15) - the registration of each person to the local police department
