This beautiful house, over three floors offers private accommodation, gated with parking. Three generous bedrooms, one ensuite , two king size beds, two twin beds and sofa bed. Large bathroom Large kitchen/diner, 3 balconies and generous terrace. Overlooking the stunning Serre Valle you will eat your breakfast on one of the three balconies admiring the view. Alternatively relax in our generous terrace, even eat there if you choose. Inside the house is tastefully furnished in tuscan colours, it is stylish yet relaxing. There are ample DVD's should you want to stay at hime, however you are 2 minutes walk away from the historic centre of Peccioli with its restaurants and museums. You can get all you need from the wonderful delicatessen, the bakers and the vegetable shop, all home grown, of course. There is also free wifi in the piazza! You are within easy driving distance of Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Sienna to name but a few wonderful destinations. The beach is also 30 minutes away, although Peccioli does have its own pool. You will have the entire house to yourself, as well as the terrace. There is also parking You will be met by the wonderful Elena who will hand I er the keys and answer any questions you may have. She is a great contact and will let you know everything that is happening locally. She will be on call should you have any problems during your stay. There is a regular bus service to Pntedera where you can get trains to all major cities. If you do not want to drive there is also a very reliable taxi service.
