Located on the banks of the St. Lawrence River, we offer fully furnished kitchenettes with everything you need - full size appliances, stoves, pots and pans - why order out when you can make anything you like right in your room? We have fully equipped efficiencies with everything you need to feel right at home - including pots, pans and dishes, full sized refrigerator and stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, linens and maid service! These are private rooms - you have complete and unshared access to all amenities! Should you need anything at all, we will be available on site - just come into the office and we will be there to provide you whatever you may need to make your stay unforgettable! On-site kayak rentals are available. We are located off of State Highway 131 just outside of the town of Massena. A three mile drive puts you right in town with access to bars, restaurants, shopping and entertainment options. We are about 15-20 minutes from the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino, minutes from the Canadian Border and steps from several beautiful state parks! 10 minutes from the Massena airport. St. Lawrence River is right across the street, as is the Massena Golf Course and Country Club, a restaurant and biking/walking trail.
