Located next to a playground, a hidden gem for families with kids. Only 20-30 minutes from Philadelphia International Airport with easy access to highways. This townhome comes with all your basic necessities. Guests have complete access to the upstairs washer and dryer, all sheets and towels, Wi-Fi, TV's, grill and kitchen appliances on top of a fitness area located in the basement. Please note that per our ‘House Rules’, parties/gatherings of any kind are NOT permitted. Thanks. Gatherings of any size/number above the permitted number allowed by Covid-19 parameters is NOT permitted at anytime. Thanks. Smoking of any kind/e-Cigarettes etc., are NOT permitted at anytime. Thanks. Pets are not permitted. Thanks No guests other than those listed/booked on the guest list are permitted to stay over in the residence. Thanks. We, or our Home Agent, may or may not be there to meet you when you arrive, but we will be there once you've left to ensure the place is exactly how you received it. If self check-in is the available avenue then instructions are provided the day of arrival. Conshohocken is packed with great options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as a number of pubs and breweries. And if you'd like to venture out a bit, both Philadelphia and King of Prussia offer a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and cafes. Conshohocken is very accessible; a train to Philadelphia is just a 10 minute walk out the door. We suggest using Uber if you plan to head into town or go out at night. Please note that there is a Home Security system in place that includes 3 Security Cameras. These 3 cameras are only motion activated for points of entry. Please do not touch, move or block any visual lines of any of the 3 cameras. Many Thanks. The Master Bedroom 'Dressing Room' and a closet by the back door of the residence are locked and not accessible to guests.
