Relax and yet so close to the city centre

The recently renewed flat is very cozy and quiet, with a separate entrance and a wide garden in front of it, that comes with a table to have breakfast or lunch outside on sunny days, or just to enjoy a relaxing afternoon fully absorbed in nature. The flat offers a small but fully equipped kitchenette to prepare meals, moreover a bathroom with a fresh renewed shower and the sleeping area with a king-size bed on top of a loft. There is an additional sleep option for two more people on a sofa-bed. The city centre is within walking distance (1,3km), you can spot the buildings and the gorgeous S. Peter bell tower directly from the house. A free parking spot is provided in front of the apartment, additionally, we offer a shuttle service from/to airport and train station for overnight stays of at least 3 nights. Nonetheless, our apartment is pretty close to the centre, it's totally absorbed in a calm green area with a wide olive grove. We have everything you need to enjoy your holiday and have a relaxed staying - away from the daily stress and chaos. Two more guests can sleep on the sofa bed. Heating is not included and will be calculated on consumption. Pets are obviously welcome but we will charge ad additional cleaning fee of 5€/day. Enjoy your selves and have a fantastic holiday!
