Our stylish holiday home « Jasmin » (15 minutes from the towns of Cognac and Saintes) has its own sunny private garden with dedicated off-street parking and private entrances. Located in a village on the Charente River with a boulangerie, and two seasonal bar/restaurants within walking distance (one across the river on a chain-ferry!). It has a small dip pool, sun beds, a gas and charcoal bbq,. The house is very spacious (160m2) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and open plan living area. The house has an open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, a large double bedroom with 160cm bed up two stairs, a bathroom with shower and bathroom up six stairs, and two large bedrooms (one with 160cm bed, one with 180cm or two single beds, as guests specify) and a shower on the first floor. The house overlooks a quiet village road and fields, the W Charente river a 5 minute walk away. The large private garden has outdoor seating for 6, a small dip pool, sun loungers and dedicated parking. Private off-road parking (not secured) is available for free. The house is adjacent to (but completely separate from) our family property, so we are always available for any questions you may have.
