Chy Noweth ,a peaceful escape with parking

Chy noweth is part of my home with a private back door entrance with a key safe on the outside wall. The space inside is totally private and for your use only. The patio area is for your use and the garden area is shared with myself. There is a kettle and coffee machine in the small utility area as well as a under counter fridge. I will supply tea, coffee ,biscuits and milk for your arrival. There are no cooking facilities but restaurants are plentiful in nearby St. Ives , Hayle and Marazion. Guests can use the back garden and outside seating on the patio area. I will be using the far side of the garden as my washing line is there but will be using an entrance on that side only. I am available most days but do also work part time I have a good general knowledge of the area so please ask any questions as happy to help with the enjoyment of your stay. Chy Noweth is part of a 3 bedroom bungalow with a separate entrance. It is in a sought out area on a private lane which is also a no through road. The location is quiet, whilst still having excellent transport links . St. Erth train station is just a short walk away providing a very short and picturesque ride to St .Ives, as well as direct trains to penzanceTruro and all the way to London Paddington. There is also a regular bus service (Website hidden by Airbnb) the top of the lane there are peaceful walks out towards Trencrom hill. Parking in St . Ives is almost impossible at high season . I live just a short walk from the bus stop and train station which is perfect to get to st. Ives , Penzance or Truro . The king bed can be made up into two 2 ft 6 beds if required. Note it is a zip and link king size bed .
