Little Magnolia - beautiful walks & beaches

Little Magnolia is part of a beautiful cottage set in the South Hams with easy access to stunning walks including the south west coast path and a short walk to the amazing estuary. The beaches are 15 minutes away and the market town of Kingsbridge has everything you need including weekly farmers markets and crafts. We have parking and outside seating. Our home is comfortable and welcoming and people love staying here. This is a peaceful and relaxing space set in an extended charming cottage. There is a lounge to relax in along with breakfast area including a fridge, selection of teas and cafetiere coffee. Continental breakfast is included. The double bedroom has a TV and the adjacent family sized bathroom with shower and bath is solely for guest use. The lovely garden has outdoor space for eating or relaxing. Guests stay in a double sized bedroom, sole use of family sized bathroom, lounge with breakfast area and outside seating. There is private parking on the property. I am available for guests and more than happy to help by giving tips on the local area such as places to visit, beaches, walks or restaurants. Equally as you will have an end of the house to yourselves, I also give you space to enjoy your stay. This is a stunning village with amazing walks including a 10 minute walk down to the estuary and when at low tide you can walk around the foreshore which is beautiful. We also have a nature reserve which is popular with bird watchers. You can either get around by car, bike or there is a bus stop at the end of our lane with a bus taking you into Kingsbridge then onto Plymouth or the other way takes you into Dartmouth and that journey is stunning as it goes along the Slapton Line with Torcoss, Slapton and Strete Gate beaches and further on passed Blackpool Sands beach. This is one of my favourite drives.
