This house is set in the heart of serene tropical Sri Lanka and is a perfect home away from home for you to relax and enjoy your perfect holiday. Fully equipped kitchen with everything from baking items to cooking items (pans, pots, cutleries) are available This house contains 3 bedrooms , however , only 2 of them are available for the short term and as for the long term all 3 bedrooms are available along with a another equipped join bathroom. I am Priyanga Jayasekara and I live in Australia with my family , this has been our family home for 10 years and currently a caretaker is maintaining my house and keeping this house as our second home when we visit Sri Lanka. The caretaker is staying at the house , however, your stay won't be disrupted by this as the caretaker has a private entrance to his room and his belongings. The caretaker will be able to help you out in anyway as he can, in order for your stay to be more comfortable with us. I will be available 24/7 to your inquiries as a first point of contact, even when a caretaker is onsite, to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible from us. This house is located 10km to Colombo, 20 minutes away from the Sri Lankan International Airport, close by to the newly constructing Freeway exit, 600 metres away from the Colombo/ Negombo road. Organic fruits and vegetables are grown around the house, including wood apple, Ceylon olives, mangoes, Jackfruit, etc. You are more than welcome to pick and use any of these organic fruits / vegetables for your consumption. Surrounded by the quiet and friendly neighbourhood that includes all the necessary amenities nearby such as the Cargills supermarket, MacDonald’s, bakeries, Pizza Hut, Hemas Hospital and shopping centres. As for your security, surveillance cameras included as well as a 3 metres parapet wall surrounding the house. It is 6km away from the beach and close by to the Buddhist temples and churches. Can get around via Tuk Tuk's , Uber, Pickme or else can get the bus which is 5mins walk away from the house , or else taxi's are available as well for your convenience . As for convenience, will provide breakfast for the first morning(bread/butter/jam and some snacks) Water and gas is free for you, however,electricity bill has to be paid in Sri Lankan rupees. On you way in to our home , will take the metre reading and paying according LECO rates.
