The large, open space is great for a getaway any time of year. The whole house is on one level and is super family friendly. The large living area comprises the living room, dining room and a well equipped kitchen. When the sun is out the large patio doors can be opened to enjoy the sound of the sea and to access the balcony with its large gas BBQ. During big storms seagulls can be spotted flying backwards past the windows while you watch the waves crash into Burgh Island and the surfers ripping on the shore break. There is a log burner as well as good central heating. There are 2 dishwashers so you never have to unload to re-stack. It is a favouite with families enjoying a coastal holiday in beautiful surroundings. Small and well located, this village is close to Bigbury and Bantham, it enjoys the convenience of a local shop, fish & chip shop and the Parkdean resort in the centre of the village offers their clubhouse to visitors throughout the summer months. A surf shop with hire facilities gives guests the opportunity to participate in water sports and the beach is just a few steps away from the house. The property offers private parking for up to 3 cars. We offer a wooden cot, a travel cot and a high chair.
