King size bed and en suite shower

My place is close to the town centre, beach, harbour and train station. It is a ten minute walk to town and harbour, 15 to the beach. It is on a bus route, is set back off the main road and is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers, not children. Your room is light and airy, has a built-in wardrobe for storage, a tv and tea/coffee. Your shower room has a wc, sink and a small quadrant walk-in shower enclosure. The kitchen is well equipped. The room is on the first floor, is newly re-furbished, fresh and clean. The shower enclosure is new. I provide clean bedding, towels, liquid hand soap, shower gel and shampoo, plus a self-serve breakfast for all guests. This includes; cereals, toast, bagels, juice, fruit, tea and coffee. I include a selection of preserves and spreads. If you have specific dietary needs please let me know at time of booking. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, oven, grill, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. If you want, you can use those facilities. There is a small garden in which you can sit/relax or have breakfast in (weather permitting). Feel free to join me in the lounge if you want a chat or ask advice, I am quite sociable and happy to help with advice on where to visit. If you need anything whilst you're here please ask. I do have an iron, hair dryer, fan for use on request. I should be around most of the time so ask me anything. If I am out please ring me on my mobile and I'll do what I can to help. I am close to town but it is usually peaceful here which makes it perfect for a relaxing stay. There are also some shops and take-aways very close by should you need anything. There is a parking space directly outside the house and there is a bus stop right outside our drive coming out of town. The bus can take you to Bridport, Abbotsbury etc.
