A beautiful self contained space annexed to a private home in the AONB of the Gower peninsula. Within minutes of amazing beaches and countryside. In the village of Three Crosses with stunning views and lovely garden space. A small but beautiful space which is self contained with kitchen / dining space, private shower and cloakroom, bed / sitting room and own private access. Access to front and back gardens, the latter with lovely views, and space for a dog to play and owners to enjoy some tranquility and sunshine. At night time stunning light pollution free starry skies. You can access front and back gardens with lovely views. Off road private parking and secure storage space for bikes, surf boards and canoes etc. There is a key safe in the unlikely event that I can't be there to greet you. Advice on activities, places to visit, eat and enjoy available throughout your stay if you want it, both locally on Gower and in the Swansea area as well as farther afield in areas such as Cardiff and Pembrokeshire. A welcome pack is in the annex with plenty of advice and information on where to go to eat and play. If you prefer to do your own thing then the space allows plenty of privacy to do this. You will be staying on beautiful Gower, the UK's first designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The property is right on Fairwood common, good for dog walkers and with immediate access to the open countryside including local wildlife trust reserves, common land and woodland areas. 10 minutes from stunning beaches including some of the best surfing beaches in the UK. Lots of local activities including walking, cycling, surfing, canoeing, horse riding, parachuting, golf and many other options such as heritage sites including castles and industrial heritage museums. A car is probably best for accessing the local amenities, but the space is right on the local bus route (the bus stop is in the front hedge) with easy access to Swansea and the surrounding area. Nearest train station Gowerton - 3 miles. Mumbles close by with lots of restaurants and pubs, galleries and local amenities (6 miles), city centre 7 miles. Local reliable taxi service if required. The local pub has recently been refurbished and is dog friendly, has a good menu, and is only 5-10 minutes walk from the property. There are plenty of other dog friendly places in and around Gower.
