Apartment in Alp for 4 people with shared garden 10 minuts away from Masella and Puigcerdà. Perfect to go skiing or enjoy the nature! Come to enjoy Cerdanya's nature any season of the year and stay in our renewed apartment, perfect for families or friends. - The apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 people and it is distributed with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is a suite with a master bed, and the second one has two individual beds. The suite bathroom has a bath/shower, and the second one also has a bath/shower and the access is from the bedroom's corridor. The dinning room has a sofa, arm chair, fire place and TV. There is also an area with a table and chairs to eat. The kitchen is independent from the living room but it has a big window through the living room with a counter. The kitchen is totally equipped with a fridge, DolceGusto coffee machine, dishwasher, cooking tools, toaster and washing machine. We offer dishes and dishwasher soap. There is free Wi-Fi! There is a huge comunity garden perfect to play with your children or friends. And if it has snowed, you can do a snowman! There are also two balconies with a table and chairs to eat when there is good weather. - The apartment has a covered private parking with a capcity of a big car, bicycles and skiing material, or two small cars. There is also free parking in the street. The supermarket is at the same town. In Aixida and Minus creperie you should book a table before going there, you are going to find the telephones at the property. We inform you that before leaving you will need to pay the touristic tax. This tax is 1€ per person and night, you pay maximum 7 nights and children under 16 years old don't pay.
