Spacious studio in beautiful market town

Welcome. This is a tranquil, self contained room with en suite and kitchen on the ground floor. If you want a comfy bed, good coffee and a quiet sofa from which to contemplate your day exploring the natural beauty of the valley, this could be the place for you. A light and spacious room with a double bed, bathroom with shower, lounge and dining space and kitchen all on the ground floor. Perfect for couples but has a sofa bed too. Speak to us about a very well behaved a pet (before you book) and I shall be happy to try and accommodate you (strict pet rules will apply; own linen and towels, no cats no puppies). I am often around to see you in but there is a lock box if your arrival clashes with my diary. If you are after some local knowledge I'll happily pass on all of my favourite places and eateries. We are five minutes walk from Machynlleth train station in a quiet back street that is only a minute or two stroll from the fabulous independent high street. Check out arguably the worlds best bread and pastries at the Deli or the incredible coffee at the Dyfi Rostery. Want something more wild? Staying here puts to is easy reach of mountains, rivers, beaches, castles and forests - where else can say that? Enjoy the thrills and spills of nature or it's rejuvenating peace. Visit the Centre for Alternative Technology, the RSPB reserve made famous by Springwatch and Ynys Hir hall for a Michelan star meal or check out the latest exhibition at Moma and mooch around the community gardens. If you are able to visit on a weekend when one of the towns famous festivals is on, our house is perfectly placed to be a quick walk to all venues.
