This home is a sunny residence with all the modern conveniences including recent upgraded wifi is situated on 25 acres with a river frontage for the fishing enthusiast. A five minute drive you will find the magnificent Gunns plains caves and wings wild life park which boasts the largest collection of Tasmanian wildlife in Australia. There are many scenic drives including our magnificent Cradle Mountain, waterfalls and beaches to choose from. What makes this space so special is the friendly cosy atmosphere where you will feel welcome. The surroundings are food for the soul especially if you are in need of a relaxing break, or even if your a hiking enthusiast the track to cradle mountain runs straight past the property and follows the Leven river to the magnificent Leven canyon and ends at cradle mountain. Our guests have access to everything in the spacious kitchen, lounge, dining room and bathroom along with the 25 acres and river. Whilst we go to work each day, we are usually home in the evenings and are happy for you to join us and are equally happy to give you your space. Our little farm is five minutes away from the magnificent Gunns plains caves with its formations That are millions of years old and Wings Wild Life park which boasts the largest collection of Tasmanian wild life as well as an array of animals from around the world. The Leven canyon, wineries and the coast are just a short drive away along with the majestic Cradle Mountain. We have kept the cost as low as we can for the traveller wanting to save their money for better things to do in Tasmania. However we do provide tea and coffee and condiments for you to cook whatever you like in our well appointed kitchen.
