Welcome to the third floor of a gorgeous, newly renovated town home located right by the University of Maryland - Baltimore Campus. There are two shared bathrooms, both with a shower tub, as well as access to beautiful common areas including the living room, the kitchen, and the backyard. The home is located right across from the B&O Railroad Museum, Hollins Market, and University of Maryland. It is walking distance to downtown Baltimore, the Baltimore Convention Center, and the Inner Harbor. The perfect place for anyone wanting to be close to the action for an affordable price. It's also great for long term stays with a closet and desk in the room. Everything on the first floor is shared including the living room, dining area, kitchen, and laundry room. You'll have access to the full bathrooms on the second and third floor as well. Either myself or the co-host will be available, don't hesitate to contact us! Hollins Market is a historic neighborhood in Baltimore, the market itself is the oldest continuously running market in the United States. In the heart of what we call Sowebo (Southwest Baltimore), we host the Sowebohemian Arts Festival every year on the Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend. Hope you can join us for it! There is a view of the B&O Railroad Museum and we are also just a short walk from Camden Yards and M and T Bank Stadium. We like to use the scooters to get around. The bus stops right by the house and services the CityLink Green, Orange, Yellow, Navy, and Purple lines, as well as the 76, 75, 70, and 69 bus lines. The Metro and Marc Trains are also less than a mile away from the home. Other than that, walking will get you almost anywhere since we have a walk score of 92.
