"Casale in Teverina" offers this nice and independent apartment for 6 people at the first floor of a typical country house. It's composed by 3 double bedrooms,2 bathrooms,kitchen-livingroom,fireplace with direct exit in the dining area outside. You could be not alone cause there are other 2 apartments. FOR 1 OR 2 PEOPLE OR MORE THAN 6, please use the other our listings. The house, Casale in Teverina, was completely restored as Umbrian tradition wants, stones, wood and cotto tiles. The apartment is independent, for 6 people with kitchen -livingroom and 2 bathrooms. We can add extra single beds as extra charge, or cots. You can share with other guests the garden and the pool. The bedsheets and towels for the bathroom are included and the change of them will be every 7 nights. All the external spaces are in common with the other guests, if there. We will inform you in the case you are alone in the house or not. Outside there are comfortable dining areas with big tables, barbecue and wood-burning oven, you can share with the other guests or not, since there are more than one table. There is also a big pivate pool and a small house full of toys for the children. You can also harvest the vegetables from our garden and the fruit from our fruit grove. More than 60 olive trees are inside the fenced garden. All the information for the guests are available also in a book inside the house, but the personal welcome and support are very important for us and we will be always available for all the needs, info or problems during the stay. It's possible arrive on foot in the centre of Penna in Teverina, that is at only 1,5 km, where you can find small but nice shops, but the car is suggested to discover the area. The things to do in fact are a lot, included tasting of food, olive oil, wine, guided visits and more! Valeria will be glad to say you all the possibilities to enjoy the stay! If you don't have a car, you can catch a train for Orte (at just 8 Km) and then a taxi, but we can also organise a transfer on request, extra charge. It's possible arrive on foot in the centre of Penna in Teverina, at about 1 Km, where you can find small but nice shops. The things to do in the area are a lot, included tasting of food and wine, guided visits, rent a Vespa...and others! Valeria will be glad to say you all the possibilities to enjoy the stay!
