Studio near Basel

The property is a studio apartment on the top floor of our house, which is located in north Reinach. It is comprised of a large bedroom, small kitchenette, terrace and bathroom/shower. We have a nice, small garden, which guests are more than welcome to use to grill or just enjoy a drink. The property is in a quiet neighborhood that is 20 minutes from Basel by tram, 15 minutes by bike, and less than 10 minutes by car. The property is located on the top floor of a family house accessible by an outdoor staircase. Guests can enjoy a calm evening in the garden and use the grill, or have a drink on the terrace and enjoy the nice view. Parking spot, terrace, backyard with a grill, front yard in addition to the studio itself, which is comprised of a large bedroom with a small kitchenette (without a stove) and private bathroom/shower. We live in the same property, and are available during the morning and evening. Surbaum tram stop is 3 minutes walking distance from the property. From there, it is around 20 minutes to the center of Basel
