A/C heat and fireplace. Outdoor fire pit, paddle-boat and canoe. Enjoy the lake year round Less than 5 minutes from Ski Mount Southington. This is a one bedroom cottage apartment on the ground level of my home with walkout access to the yard and lake with its own private entrance a private patio and dedicated parking spot. The living room has a pull out queen sofa bed. Note the main house is also an air b n b and may be rented during your booking. Or occupied by owner. There is ample space for two parties and lake kayaks Canoe and a paddle boat for all to enjoy. There are also a gas grill for each rental space. You’ll have access to the entire in-law (Private access) Keys will be given on arrival. Also access to all amenities mentioned. I live on the premises but I’m out a lot. Family bars/restaurants and Dunkin’ Donuts are within a mile Your parking spot will be to the right of the garages. I have an indoor/outdoor cat.
