With Covid 19 we have established very stringent cleaning after every stay, we also provide masks and sanitiser. We are within walking distance of Leigh-on-Sea station with a 40 minute journey into London. Stay vacations are the way to go in 2022 This two-double bedroom apartment offers a master bedroom, plus additional sofa bed in the separate living room. With plenty of room to sleep up to four adults. With a fully equipped kitchen and adjoining dining area, you have the option of dining and relaxing in your own space or exploring the local area. Full kitchen includes modern oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. This property has a great private garden to be enjoyed with bench and table and chairs to accommodate alfresco dining. In the garden is a lockable shed with easy access from side gate if required for bikes etc. You can enjoy wireless internet access during your stay, with laptop friendly workspace available if needed and the lounge has an HD Smart TV. You will be free to access all parts of the property, including off-street parking and the private garden. We are local so any details or help needed we are available by text or phone.
