Located in an ideal location for business travelers or those relocating to the area for work. The home is close to several major companies (less than 5 miles from Cartus, Boehringer Ingelheim, Hologic and more). It's not your typical basement, bright and roomy, our guests enjoy the 900+ square foot private basement suite featuring a living room, bedroom and a brand new full bathroom. We also have a kitchenette in the space that includes a refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. A private entrance is also available for our guests. Complete privacy awaits in this ground level suite! Guests have access to the 900+ square foot basement suite. The private basement suite offers a cozy living room with cable tv, bedroom with a queen size bed and a desk for those work nights, a charming dining area in the kitchenette and a brand new full bathroom. Kitchenette has refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Access to the home gym is available for an additional fee upon request. A private entrance is also available for our guests. I am available, some parts of the day in person to help with any needed concerns or questions regarding the premises. I will always be available by phone or text for any issues. The house is tucked away in a quiet woody neighborhood but is still close to various types of stores (Trader Joe's, Starbucks and Rite Aid are less than a mile and a half away), multiple restaurants and the mall. Less than 5 miles from several major corporations. Less than 5 minutes to Interstate 84, minutes to I-684, 60 minutes to NYC.
