Bed & Breakfast Gerlachus offers an attractive room for two/three guests with bathroom and toilet. The breakfast offers products from the Bed & Breakfast Gerlachus offers their guests a large room for a maximum of three guests. The room is cosy and comfortable and is decorated with a personal touch by your hosts Annigje and Alexander. Look at the pictures! The room consists of two separate parts. In the larger part there is a bed for two, a table to write or enjoy your breakfast, a television. The smaller part hosts a third bed. There is a large cabinet in which guests can store their clothes and bags. Separated by a door is the bathroom. Here you find a modern rainshower and a wash basin. The toilet is accessible from the bathroom. Everything clean and comfortable. The room is on the first floor of the house. Behind the door that gives access to the room you have total privacy and you can enter the bathroom and toilet that are exclusive for the guests. With sunny weather our guests can enjoy their breakfast in the garden. We, Annigje and Alexander, are at your disposal for information, help and tips. Houthem is situated between Valkenburg and Maastricht in the Valley of the Geul. The area is dominated by a natural resort and by beautiful castles and churches. You can enjoy the valley and the hills by hiking or by biking. Unique of this area is the fact that Germany and Belgium are very near: 15 minutes by car to the Aachen, the city of Charlemagne, and 20 minutes to Liège, the flamboyant capital of Wallonie. Enjoy Southern Limburg and its culture, its easiness and its beauty. Only 200 metres from our house is the railway station bringing you in 5 minutes to Valkenburg and in 10 minutes to Maastricht. From Maastricht station you can travel by train to Liège and to Aachen by bus. There is plenty of room to park your car, either on our own driveway or on the street. We have a few dogs and cats. They are very friendly and will be good hosts! The animals are banned from the room. But if you are allergic for cats and/or dogs, we can not guarantee that you won't be affected.
