Hi, my name is Konstantina and as a new member in this travel and accommodation community I look forward to meeting new people and sharing my love for my village, Kamara Arcadias. I have studied Business Administration with a specialization in the field of Logistics Management. My passion is to travel and to constantly discover new destinations and cultures. I look forward to welcoming you to our family home - villa! I am sure that your stay will be an unforgettable experience! The stone Villa is close to fringe of mountain Taygetos, is far from Athens 233km. The construction took place by order of our father in the 2006, with a lot of love for his place, so that he can stay as a heirloom. It offers a great variety of places combined with comfort and luxury. The house has a strategic position to tour around and combines absolute privacy with and also surrounded by everything that the mythical Αrcadia has to offer such as road trips in mountains, waterfalls and rivers but also close enough to all seas of the Peloponnese. Perfect stay for friends, adventures, and groups. Τhe villa is building on 3 levels. On the first level (ground floor) it consists of an open plan living room and large dining room, kitchen and wc. In addition, there is a large fireplace. On the first level is the master room which has its own big bathroom and a room as a dressing room. On the second level there are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Finally, in the basement, which is essentially a floor by itself, there is space for toy room and living room. Outside there is a swimming pool and sun loungers in the garden with umbrellas as well as a separate barbecue area. Finally, there is a parking space with shelter for 3 cars. Ideal for quiet mountain holidays and winter activities. Initially very close is Megalopolis from which you can get everything you need. Kalamata is also close for a walk, swimming in the sea and the market. I suggest short routes that are worth seeing. First of all, it is worth roadtripping in the mountain of Taygetos among the green firs and unbelievable view. Nearby you can visit the picturesque traditional Dimitsana and Stemnitsa and see the Museum of Hydrokinesis but also eat traditional food. In addition, an excursion you can do is in Vytina and Mainalo and visit the Road of Love and the ski center. Also there is the house of Kolokotronis which is now a folklore museum. Τo see folklore elements, the castle of Karytaina is an admirable route. For those who love sports, a rafting or canyoning trip on the Lucius River is worth doing. Finally, I suggest you to visit one of the historical places of the Peloponnese which was included in the Guinness Book, and is none other than the church of Agia Theodora in Vasta Megalopolis. All these excursions are just a few kilometers from the house in green roads close to nature. I hope you enjoy the stay at my home and also the beauties of Arcadia.
