Our home is a freshly renovated house in Bairnsdale CBD. Freshly painted, new carpets, new curtains, new furniture with new linen, kitchen utensils etc. Extremely comfortable mattresses. The house comes fully furnished, bills included (water, electricity and unlimited wifi). There is a free washing machine - you have to buy your own washing powder and cleaning products and contribute to the cleaning of the house. We have a twin single bedroom available with build in robes, drawers and side desk tables. Ideally minimum stay is 3 month, maximum stay 9 months. You can book for 2 weeks on AirBNB and then go onto a lease. You have to decide beforehand till when you want to stay, that day will be the last rental day. 2-week bond and 2-week rent required upon move in date. You'll be sharing the communal areas with 4 other working professionals. The bedroom is private and lockable. You'll be the only person with the bedroom key so don't lock yourself out. We live out of town but are available for any emergencies. The great thing about living here is it's centrally located right in the heart of Bairnsdale CBD, short stroll to the shops, train station, cafe's, pubs etc. This accommodation is ideal for WHV visa holders, nursing students on a rotation, placement, working professionals looking for temporary accommodation or medical professionals on a locum. Our place suits independent guests who can live on their own and self manage their stay. As with any share house, the (Hidden by Airbnb) split expenses like toilet paper, bin bags, cleaning products etc. There is also a cleaning roster in place.
