Located near Botely. Ideally central to the following areas. Wickham, Portsmouth, Whitely, Fareham, Winchester and Southampton. There is an hourly bus and train. This is a good central location for travellers to use as a base and a nice quiet area for the business person who needs a peaceful night sleep. A bedroom with en-suite bathroom, double bed, dressing gown and slippers, hairdryer. Use of breakfast/lounge room with tv. I run a quiet house and ask my guest to refrain from making a noise or watching tv after ten o’clock. This is so guests who have had a very early start can have a peaceful nights sleep. At night I do ask that you use a torch as the lane to the pub has no pavements or street lights and care on the road is required. If driving down from the m3 I would suggest that you come off at junction 11 (marwell zoo). This will keep you on the main road avoiding narrow cross country roads. If you donot have a car, there is a local bus connecting to busses and trains for the main towns. The bus stop is one minutes walk and runs Monday-Saturday every hour until 19:00 The trains station is one mile away and the trains run hourly.
