Newly built 2-Bedrooms furnished apartment, at the bottom of the ski slopes for an amazing mountain experience. Modern apartment (~70 sqm) with private terrace (all rooms have access) where you can relax, enjoy a drink and the view. The apartment has an open kitchen fully equipped (Induction stove, Oven, Steamer, Dishwasher, Fridge, Nespresso machine, etc.), two bedrooms with queen-size beds and large closets, two bathrooms with double toilets and one large shower (hair drier included). The living room has an extendable dining table and a sofa bed (queen size) for two additional guests. Floor heating privately adjustable (digital touch pad in the apartment). High Speed Wi-Fi internet, 49" Smart TV included. Ski Room with heated boot-holders. Indoor private car parking with direct access to apartment building. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Please note: non-smoking house and no pets allowed (sorry) The guests will have the entire apartment for themselves, no sharing with the owner. I am available before and during your stay, via phone, email, SMS and (Hidden by Airbnb) , for any question or request you might have. I will do my best to answer within one hour. The apartment is 20 meters away from the Stenna Shopping Center, where you will find many amenities, like spa, pool, shops, restaurants, bars, supermarket, medical practice, pharmacy, bank, cinema, and kids entertainment. Cable cars, ski lifts, slopes, ski/bike rental, and ski school are just 50 meters away. You can enjoy many sports like skiing, golfing (3 golf courses nearby), walking, biking, or just resting in front of one of the mountain lakes in the area, depending on the preferred season. I will be pleased to answer to your questions on what to do in the area. Tourist Tax of CHF 5.-- per day per person (adult and kids from 2 years old) to be added to the reservation price. The total Tourist Tax will be requested via Airbnb after check out.
