The area has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, kuerig, tea kettle, and bottled water. There is no cook top/stove or kitchen sink. Keyless entry. Disinfectant on-site. A comfortable cozy retreat close to everything in the Baltimore area. Disinfectant for COVID-19 is available in the space. Separate keyless entry for flexible arrival. Private basement floor apartment including washer and dryer. You have control of your own HVAC. Ample free street parking. Three (3) steps down to the basement. Guests have front porch and patio deck access, which is shared with the owner. This is my home, and although I am in and out during the day, I am happy to help you with whatever you may need during your stay. A cute quiet neighborhood near Hamilton in Baltimore city. Uber is my preferred method of getting around. If you aren't keen on using Uber, a car is needed. This is a perfect space for anyone who may be a visiting scholar due to the proximity of so many research and educational facilities. A wonderful space for family and friends visiting college students. A convenient location (5-10 miles) to explore Baltimore's Inner Harbor, museums, the National Aquarium, attend a Ravens or Orioles game, Horseshoe casino, and other tourist attractions.
