Stay in a 1 bedroom cottage, overlooking the beautiful Cass Bay, 15 mins from Christchurch CBD. The modern cottage has one bedroom, lounge/living area, separate toilet, and private deck. Cooking facilities include a barbeque on the deck, small bench-top oven, an electric cooker and a microwave. Guests enjoy sitting on the private deck to eat, drink, read a book, or simply to take it all in. In one cottage you can choose to have a fold-out couch, or split the super king bed in to 2 singles. On the 10 acre property, there is a main 4 bedroom house (which is also rented out), and 2 cottages. The cottages are separate from each other and completely private, and the main house is further down the property, approx 500m. None required as lock box key code is given on booking confirmation. Communication via email and complete privacy throughout stay. Situated 4 mins drive from Lyttelton; a funky township with the famous Saturday market. Lyttelton harbour can be of interest for those wanting adventure - dolphin watching, fishing, kayaking,swimming etc. Or a short walk down to the Cass Bay frontage for a great children's playground. Public bus stop in Cass Bay can take you to town approximately every half an hour. Parking on the car deck beside the cottage. 35 min drive from the airport.
