Furnished with a comfortable 2 seater lounge + armchair and dining table giving you better space for long stays. Smart TV offers you streaming ability via the NBN WIFI included in your stay. The open kitchen is equipped with electric stove and oven + a microwave as well as basic cooking utensils and cutlery. Both bedrooms offer reverse cycle Mitsubishi air-conditioning with built in robes and fans as well as charging stations. The bathroom offers a shower over the bath and quality shower head and a separate toilet which is located off the laundry. The laundry is equipped with a front loader washing machine and has access to the carport and to the back yard which has the clothes line. There is a 2 seater table set out on the front patio Guests will have full reign of the house, excluding any locked rooms. The available bedrooms will be dependant on how many guests have booked the property (see house rules below), additional rooms can be made available on request, additional fees may apply. Located right around the corner from the Across The Waves sports club and the Martins Oval Soccer fields, this unit is conveniently located near a few main roads, while being far enough away to avoid most of the busy traffic. Just a 4 minute walk away you will find The Waves Sports Club, both major shopping centres are under 10 minutes away by car or a short stroll to the nearest bus stop. For some family fun a short walk will get you over to the Bundy Bowl and Leisure complex for some tenpin bowling or putt putt. There will be a $25 fee charged if keys are not returned as per booking instructions. If a pet is found on premises a minimum of $100.00 fee will apply. Our linen is supplied and washed by a commercial laundry. Although we try to accommodate alteration requests, please be advised we do not allow "rescheduling" of the Check-in date by a difference of more than 14 days.
