Casa Atingua Venta de la Montaña

This simple and lovely house is a family treasure, built in 1912 to be the home and livelihood of my great-grandmother and great-grandfather shortly after their wedding. This side of the house used to be a shop 'La Venta' on the upstairs and the living quarters below. The house is located on a small mountain with beautiful sea views and hiking trails. Its south-facing windows are wonderful to watch the sunrise :) The 'venta' has in the upstairs a separated room, a great studio space. The house is two stories, the ground has a large kitchen and dinning space and a separate studio, office or living room space with a pull-out sofa that turns into a double bed, this space is multi-purpose and it can also be a bedroom as its self contained, it has a separate entrance and a door that separates it from the kitchen. The downstairs has a small living room, a bathroom, and a large bedroom. The space will be all yours :) the only shared spaces are outside. The orchard and patio are shared with the other flat next door. I run the Airbnb with the help of my husband, we might be onsite when in Spain, otherwise we will assist you remotely and have a crew of wonderful cleaners that have worked with us for years :) The area is connected to lovely paths to the Mountain in front of us and paths to Mazo and San Jose. Also, the house is the guagua (bus) stop, so if you need it you can just open the door to take it ;) Car rentals are ideal for short stays, but busses are readily available and there are some lovely paths connecting to the nearest towns. Parking is available in the pavement in front of the house entrance.
