Rosie's Hideaway, Guest Suite, central Wollongong

Rosie's is in a great location; it is centrally located, within easy walking distance of free buses, shops, restaurants, the Wollongong Entertainment Centre, IPAC Theatre, Wollongong Golf Club and the BEACH. The large unit, well lit with natural light, is private and would suit a couple or small family comfortably. Street parking is available. - 10 min walk to the beach - Short walk to local brewery, pubs, trendy bars and cafes - 5 min walk into town and free Wollongong shuttle (around town and to uni) - 15 min walk to Wollongong train station - Large living space - King bed in the main room as well as a fold out double bed in the loungeroom Rosie's is a semi detached flat with one bedroom, a large living space and seperate shower and toilet. The living space shares a common wall to our home. It has a seperate entrance which can be accessed by a double side gate or walking down the side of the house. It is the last door at the end of the verandah. We will most likely meet as we live in the house at the front. Me and my partner both work full time but I’m always available for a chat or message Originally the street was filled with migrant families who worked for the steelworks, which was big business in the Gong during the 60's and 70's (and still is). As we are so close to the town the demographic of the street is slowly changing especially with apartments going up. Parking on the street is often taken up during the week as it is free parking. IF you do get caught out please park across our driveway. -15 min walk to Wollongong train station. -5 min to free shuttle bus -10min walk to join coastal walking/ bike track (track is part of 15km coastal walk from Wollongong to Thirroul beach -pass 5 beaches along way, aswell as some really nice beachside cafes) -Street parking avaliable We have a Puppy called Perry. She will will bark at you at the gate, but come in and give her a pat and she will be a very excitiable friend for life! My family use this space whenever we haven’t got a guest staying. I’ll try and make sure everything is very clean but please don’t expect it to be spotless!
