It can be a perfect stop along Italy trip or as a start to. It is close to the AIRPORT,TRAIN STATION,bus stops,shops,restaurants and bars. It is suitable for couples, families. My attention to every guest in my apartment is total. Nothing is left out. Anyone who decides to book this lovely apartment, I want you to know that they can enjoy their stay in total safety. To this end, I would like to highlight my adherence to the AIRBNB ADVANCED CLEANING PROTOCOL. I SANITIZE ALL high-contact surfaces. NO EXCLUDED. Between each check-out and each check-in, the apartment is cleaned and SANITIZED in full compliance with the aforementioned Protocol, respecting long check-lists in order to maintain the highest possible level of cleanliness. -> BETWEEN EVERY CHECK-OUT AND EVERY FOLLOWING CHECK-IN, 2 DAYS PASS, NOT AVAILABLE AT NO RESERVATION, in order to completely change the air inside the apartment and welcome the next guest IN TOTAL SAFETY: the windows are left open so that the entire apartment can be aired. I operate in compliance with national and regional legislation and all additional guidelines relating to safety and cleaning. -> The people who do the cleaning, use detergents and disinfectants that comply with current regulations and wear devices protection to prevent cross contamination such as face mask (Website hidden by Airbnb) disposable gloves that are changed and regularly disposed of (in bags dedicated to them that are closed immediately) after that every room has been cleaned and sanitized. -> All sheets, blankets, as well as pillow cases, the towels are washed at the maximum temperature allowed by fabric of which they are also made together with the use of a product disinfectant (Napisan - see more information in the apartment). -> Surfaces such as the sofa, the curtains, the bed are CLEANED AND SANITIZED with high temperature steam. -> A sanitizing gel dispenser will be available at the apartment. Instructions will always be displayed in the apartment so that a few simple rules are respected to always maintain the same level of safety during the entire stay. _________________________________________________________________________ The apartment is provided with: - 2 sofa bed: _ 1 double (140 cm width) _ 1 single (80 cm width); - wardrobe; KITCHEN fully equipped with : - 1 hob with 2 stoves, pots and pans; - lunch/dinner set, glasses dishes and cups suitable for different uses; - oven; - microwave; - refrigerator, freezer, - moka pot, kettle, mixer, toaster; - wide table with 4 chairs; BATHROOM has equipped with toilette, bidet, bath tub/shower as well as washing machine, iron and its board, 2 clothes racks; Our Guests will also have at their disposal a 32" TV together with HDMI cable to be connected with a PC and WI-FI INTERNET BROADBAND connection. HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING (both FREE OF CHARGE) are present as well. COZY AND EXCLUSIVE garden equipped with shade, table, 2 loungers, 2 lawn chairs and 1 rocking chair is always available. !!!! Going out from the gate and continuing walking straight forward you will get to in Via Marco Emilio Lepido, one of the part of a historical Via Emilia. This road was built for a requirement of one of Ancient Rome consuls Marco Emilio Lepido. If you turn RIGHT, you will find a clothes shop, a flower shop and a bus stop (called “Chiesa Borgo Panigale”) of regular inner city transport . --- (Behind that bus stop, there is a Catholic Church "Santa Maria Assunta". Continueing along the same side of the street you will find a newsstand, a bar/pastry shop always on your right. On the opposite side of the street there are two Pizzeria/Ristorante one called "La Stella" and the other one called “Il Pavaglione” , a pharmacy and a Pub "I quattro gatti".
