Very clean,quiet,small space with comfortable beds

Private granny flat, not connected to the house however IS CLOSE! Wonderful views over Devonport and the Mersey River, outside ones door. PLEASE NOTE, we are 10 minutes from Devonport and offer a lovely semi-rural setting. IGA supermarket 5 minutes away. Just 15 minutes from the tourist town of Sheffield (town of murals). 1 hour comfortable drive to cradle mountain.Spirit terminal is 15 minutes away. Small cooking area provided with hotplates, convection oven and microwave. Foreman grill. My place is suitable for the couple, small family or single traveller who wants warm, clean, quiet, welcoming accommodation. Space is great for three adults, but we can accommodate four adults for budget minded travellers who don’t mind a smaller space. Our space wouldn’t suit travellers wanting a larger area to spend a lot of time inside or privacy outside, however we are in a quiet semi rural setting 10 minutes out of Devonport, in a safe area and offer value for dollar! Guests are welcome to use the half basketball court or net trampoline, or wonder the grounds to meet the pony (maddie) who loves an apple, or chooks and a duck (ping). Bundy also lives on the property, he is a super friendly small dog who will no doubt meet you during your stay. A couple of seats are outside your flat if you wish to have a cuppa amongst the birds and admire the stunning views. Please note this is an open area and not privately enclosed. We value your privacy yet will try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. COVID safe practices are adhered to. Quiet neighborhood due to the more rural setting, so belongings are safe. Tourists may leave bikes up on racks etc. Plenty of off street parking. It is very important that you limit water usage, as we are on tank water and have to order water in if we get low at a high cost. Please note as we are a family there is some noise due to our cars up and down our driveway and out of our carport. Our guests generally comment how quiet their stay is, we are however situated away from any restaurants or supermarkets, one has to drive to get to these. Car and bike only, bus does not pass the home. We are in a lovely quiet semi rural area, so tranquility is on offer however no shops or restaurants in walking distance. The room has got one queen bed, a single and smaller trundle bed. Price listed is for 2 adults. Extra people, charges apply. Please note, the space is great for two adults but we can accommodate up to five people on a single and a low single trundle bed . We must stress, space is tight, however for the budget traveller, this may not be a concern. We like to offer affordable accommodation to allow you to explore the wonderful area. PLEASE NOTE, we are not in walking distance to any shops! Unlimited WIFI access. Breakfast is not included in your stay but a continental breakfast can be arranged for an additional $15 per person. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival, however if a request is made to clean during your stay, charges apply, $15 per extra clean. We try to give you as much privacy as possible, that doesn’t mean you can’t ask us any questions or request something you may need. The appliances we have are 2 burner cooktop, fridge, microwave, convection oven, foreman grill,sandwich maker, toaster and kettle .
