Individual key pad entry to each room (Please note: there are no connecting doors between rooms - each room can only be accessed from the deck, so not suitable for young children.) • Continental breakfast offered on request, eaten at the breakfast bar in our kitchen 7-9am •Vaccine Passports are required. Beautiful rural setting. We have spacious grounds, a donkey, a few friendly sheep and a couple of cows. Each room has a king size bed, but in one of the rooms, the king size bed can be divided into 2 singles on request when booking is made. Ground level entry with ramp onto deck. There are seats on the deck outside each room. Please note: there are no connecting doors between rooms - each room can only be accessed from the deck. We respect our guests' privacy, but we are more than happy to chat. We can also answer questions about what to see and do in the Waikato area. We live in a safe, quiet area, yet it is only 2-5 mins from shops, cafes and restaurants. We are within easy distance to Waitomo Caves, Hobbiton, Hamilton, Cambridge (and The Avantidrome), Lake Karapiro, Mystery Creek (Agricultural Field Days), Maungatautari Reserve, Mount Pirongia, and Raglan Coast. Auckland, Rotorua and Taupo are within 1 - 2 hours drive. You will need your own vehicle. We are only 15 mins from Hamilton airport. Welcoming hosts • Each room can sleep 2 people max.
