Bay View is a walking community. Our place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, & the airport. You’ll love our place. It's a short walk to express bus from airport, past downtown, UW-M and to Bayside. Located across the street from Humboldt Park. We are about a 20 minute walk from Lake Michigan. Summerfest grounds a short bus ride away. Winter is fun in the park. Tobogganing (2), skates and cross country skis to use. Hope the sizes fit you. I find if one plays in snow ⛄️ 😌 Kitchen sink, cabinets and appliances added 2020. There is a coffee maker, convection oven, hot plate with two burners and mini fridge and microwave which you can heat up any left overs from visits to our local excellent restaurants, many walking distance. Also coffee, tea, oatmeal, snacks and some beverages to welcome you. There’s a window air conditioner added Summer 2018. Added a twin sleeper sofa in 2018. Winter the a/c is removed. Access to the unit is through a private entrance at the South East corner in back of house. We love Milwaukee. There are so many summer festivals (some free). We will be able to help you find something fun to do if you'd like. Look at Visit Milwaukee for up to date event calendar. Love the area for outdoor activities. Park is across the street. Lake 20 minute slow walk to the East. Biking/jogging and running on the paths. Express bus to and from airport. Stop is three very short blocks from our place. It goes north to downtown, passes UWM, and continues to the North. Short walk to express airport/downtown bus. Airport bus to our home about ten minutes. Downtown by bus about 30 minutes. County Park across the street. Lake Michigan about 20 minute walk. There may be a parking space off street for one vehicle.
