Driveway parking for 2 cars. 1 min walk to Crest Park, 3 min walk to Crest Sporting Complex, Velodrome & Steven Falkes Reserve. Great location with a 10 mins walk to Bass Hill Plaza, 5 mins walk to main road buses. Air conditioning in Lounge/Dining/Kitchen and floor fans in bedrooms. Pets Welcome No Parties please Walkway at the front of the premises, lounge, table and chairs where you can sit and relax. Currently there is a giant trampoline at the back of the premises, which kids are welcome to use. There are two corners lounge suites in the living areas. The house is on one level expect for one inside step from one living area to the rest of the house. All cutlery, crockery and bedding included. Dishwasher, microwave and large fridge. Gas Barbeque outside available to use, as well as outdoor table and chairs available to use. Guests can access all parts of the house as it is a freestanding home. Our home is over the fence so if you have any issues, you can just let us know. Self check-in, as there will be a key in the door when you arrive. Simply go into the 2A driveway, walk up the path and follow all the way around the screend fence area, until you reach the front door. Guests are welcome to contact me any time. Please note only the number of people booked are allowed in the house, with the exception of if you book the maximum of 6 people. You can self check-in, the key will be in the door. Multi-cultural neighbourhood, with fantastic restaurants 10 minutes away. The food ranges from Middle Eastern and Asian dishes, through to western food. There is the wonderful Bankstown Sports Club with it's indoor waterfall, Italian, Asian, and Western food restaurants and cafes. 5 minutes walk up to the Hume Highway which has regular buses to and from the City and Parramatta. Please note the number of people booked are the number of people allowed in the house. We are situated in a blackspot for phone reception, and unfortunately this has been an ongoing battle. If you have an Optus phone the only reception you will receive is outside the front door or outside the premises. Reception seems to be ok with Telstra and Vodaphone. We have a Wi-Fi Box that is available for you to connect to in the house.
