I have a comfortable and welcoming home to help my guests feel relaxed. Beautiful south easterly breezes make the deck and rear garden the best spot in the house when you wish to relax with a book or wi fi internet. Easy access to local motorways, shopping and public transport but tucked away in a quiet residential area. The Room & Breakfast You will be made welcome in a well proportioned carpeted room with a very comfortable double bed, plenty of storage and ceiling fan. Peace and quiet. Light breakfast available on request. Guests have access to the kitchen, laundry and all living spaces. The modern bathroom is shared and has a separate toilet. Some off street parking as well as in front of the house. Wi Fi available for guests I live in the home and am happy to be as interactive as my guests require. I am in and out of the home, so guests are guaranteed some private time I love that I am 5 mins to so much - major shopping, bus, University, access to major freeways to Gold and Sunshine Coast, restaurants, coffee shops. it's just convenient living 5 mins walk to buses to Garden City transport interchange and the CBD. Taxi from airport (20-25mins)or public transport to CBD, then on to here.
