BRITTANY FERRIES DISCOUNT SWIMMING POOL OPEN MID MAY-END SEPT LAUREL COTTAGE is a three bedroom property, all of the bedrooms are carpeted and have plenty of hanging and drawer space. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Bedroom 3 is a large room which has 2 double beds and plenty of extra space for another single bed and/or cot if needed. There is a family bathroom with thermostatically controlled walk in shower, toilet and wash basin on the first floor and an ensuite wash room with toilet and wash basin in Bedroom 3. Downstairs is an open plan living area with a comfortable seating area with two sofas, coffee table, satellite television (showing English Skye & French Canal freeview channels) and a DVD Player. The dining area has a dining table and six chairs. The kitchen area is fully fitted and equipped and has a gas hob and oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, electric toaster, electric kettle and a filter coffee maker. There is also an outside seating area with patio table, chairs and a barbecue. FUCHSIA COTTAGE has two comfortable, carpeted bedrooms. Bedroon 1 has a double bed and Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Both rooms have plenty of hanging and drawer space. Downstairs is an open plan living area with a comfortable sitting area that has a sofa and two armchairs, satellite television (showing English Skye & French Canal freeview channels) and a DVD Player. The dining area has a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen area is fully fitted and equipped with a gas oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, electric toaster, electric kettle and a filter coffee maker. The family bathroom is downstairs in this property and consists of a thermostatically controlled walk in shower, toilet and a vanity unit housing the wash basin. There is a private sitting area to the front of the cottage which has a patio table, chairs and a barbecue. We live in a very quiet, rural hamlet with lots of lovely scenic walks in the lanes and surrounding countryside. There is little to disturb the harmony of nature and so we have a huge variety of birds and animals that have lived around here peacefully for many years. There is also a log burner on the ground floor, logs can be purchased for 10 Euros per basket. The fuel for the liquid fuel fires can be purchased in our local supermarket or from the owners.
