Ana's place

The appartment is brand new, located in the first floor of the renovated house. You need to climb around 15 stairs to get to your own, private, entrance. Our granny, Ana, lives below in the ground floor. The place is bright and spacious, has 2 bedrooms, a big, airconditioned living room, connected to the kitchen and separated toilet from the main bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven and kitchenware. You can sit on a small balcony and enjoy the green view over the surroundings. Bright new appartment with many windows makes the place very warm and sunny. Perfect location, only a minute from the highway, surrounded with green countryside, though close by to the main shopping area (3 minutes drive) and to the city centre (5 minutes drive). Entire appartment, garden and parking space. The neighborhood is very peacfull, almost at a coutrysite. Gardens, lawns and trees are surrounding the place, though you are in the vicinity all important places, like shopping malls, fair ground and highway. Parking is secured and free of charge. You will be able to park your car next to the house and it will be secured by a fence whilst your stay. Granny Ana does not speak english, but she understands german a bit. She will be available if you will need anything, but we will be your main contact for all the requests and communication.
